You are purchasing one (1) master recording (“Master”) of the musical composition (the “Composition”) attached hereto.

By completing this purchase:

You, the Purchaser, shall own all rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to the Master recording.
The Master is delivered and sold as a “work made for hire” under the U.S. Copyright Act.
If the Master is found not to qualify as a work made for hire, all rights in and to the Master shall be deemed automatically and irrevocably assigned to the Purchaser.
The Composition (i.e., music and lyrics) is not included in this purchase and remains the property of its original copyright holder.
